‘You can raise your bounty as much as you want and complete that part of your milestones. First get in a pursuit and then find a ledge (ex. on top of the buses at the bus station) go as closes to the end of the buses away from the up ramp as possible without falling off and without a cop following you up the ramp. Then sit there and watch the cops go crazy. It's better if your heat is 2 or up as the lower level cops will sometimes lose sight of you and you'll cool off. At higher levels though the police will hover below you ramming into each other and everything else. This destroys their vehicles which in turn raises you bounty and length of your pursuit. You can sit there as long as you like but check behind you periodically just to make sure one of them hasn't gotten smart enough to come up the ramp. The highest I've gotten off one pursuit is almost 6 million bounty.’
You feel excited and decide to give it a try. Everything goes well…You get millions of bounty as you had wished. Hmm…that much is enough, now I want to stop it…BUT HOW??? Most of the time when you decide to evade the pursuit, your heat level has reached 4 or 5 and there are no highways when you go straight…just tiny little streets…you don’t know where to go and finally you get busted…
Has this ever happened to you? Well, it did to me many times and when I was on the verge of leaving the game and using that game DVD as a coaster, I got the key to escape the pursuit from those conditions. The key is (maybe...) the only pursuit breaker which gives you 100% isolation from the cops: the baseball stadium. It may not be the best way, but it works for sure! A so guaranteed path to actually achieve as much bounty as much you want that I could not stop myself from sharing it with you all. Keep in mind that it is not a very simple way but a sure one if you are good enough a driver to have reached near the top 5 members of blacklist.
Enough of introduction, right? So let’s start… I am going to start from the beginning so those who already know how to go to the bus station and on to the top of the ramp, you can jump to the step 5. All others, follow these instructions… remember, first read the whole thing, then try...
(1) First, select the best car that you have with the heat level as high as possible. Then, open blacklist and open bounty mode. Select the very first location ‘Rosewood Police Station’ and hit GO.
(2)When the pursuit begins, dodge the first police vehicle, hit the tower and disable that vehicle. Your car should take the turn to right after this. If it turns to left, take a U turn.
(3) Now you need to go to the bus station as soon as possible. The location of bus station on map is shown below by + sign.Press 'M' to open world map. Keep in mind not to finish your nitrous on the way. You will need it later. When you reach the bus station you need to get inside the glass building and go up the ramp as shown in the pictures below. Do this before your cooldown meter fills up so cops will spot you right at the top of the ramp. Not clear? Pictures given below should clear your doubts.
(4) Now it's your time to sit back and enjoy. Cops will see you and keep ramming into each other and into the walls. Your bounty will keep increasing and so will be the heat level. Sit there as long as you want. This is a nice way to complete some milestones in bounty. Don't get greedy though, because sometimes a cop can get on the top and if that happens, your chances of escape are very slim as you won't have enough distance to catch speed and you may land up on a pool of cop cars. Best time to go to next step is when helicopter just goes off or when cop car count has reached around 5. But I am not going to stop for that much time...because I am just interested in taking the pictures.
(5) Got enough bounty? Ok, time to escape... As I have mentioned earlier, we have to go from here to the baseball stadium where the most guaranteed pursuit breaker stands. The map given below shows the easiest path you can follow to do this. Go as back as you can on the ramp without touching the slope and hit the accelerator and the nitrous as hard as you can. Don't turn ON the GPS system for that pursuit breaker right at the bus station as GPS guides you through the least distance path which in this case happens to be one filled with tiny narrow streets where chances of getting busted are very high. You may turn ON GPS through half the way as I have done. If you don't know how to turn on GPS, press 'M' to open world map, point to the pursuit breaker and click,say YES when asked to conform.
(6) Time to show your pursuit evasion skills. You know the stuff...roadblocks, spike stripes, rhino units... dodge them all! I haven't got the pictures of them as I was too involved in the gameplay. But it's not that tough. See, I am almost there!
(7) Now you need to get this thing right. Hit the pursuit breaker correctly. Don't miss it. You should have enough distance between you and the nearest cop following you. Otherwise he too will be able to get inside the stadium. If that happens, do not worry, there is another similar pursuit breaker at the other end of the stadium. But you must get it right there. This is only pursuit breaker which none of the cop cars can withstand. If you are not as unlucky as me (there was a cop helicopter hovering over me), you will have your evasion meter fully filled by the time you reach the other end of the stadium.
(8) It's as good as over! When the cooldown meter starts, you will see a hiding spot right in front of you just outside the opposite opening of the stadium. For those who have a helicopter hovring over them, your evasion meter will not fill completely just now as in my case. What all you need to do is follow the direction shown in the picture below and you will reach the place where the hiding spot is. Now, this hiding spot has a roof top so the helicopter won't be able to see you anymore. Soon your evade bar will fill completely and you will be standing right at the hiding spot. BOUNTY achieved!
Almost a million of bounty in less than 4 minutes. How does it sound?
